📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website or via 17track.net.

Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to be updated.


🛃 Customs & Duties (Canada)

For orders shipped to Canada, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
